Shipping & Return Policy

At EQS®, we want all our customers to feel extremely satisfied with every single order they place with us. 

Should you not feel satisfied with a product from an order you have received from us, we will exchange it for a product of the same value, or refund it for you (excluding any shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving the order.* 

After 30 days has elapsed, you may still exchange a product for another product of the same value, but refunds will no longer be accepted.

*Disclaimer - A 10% restocking fee applies to any refund. Shipping fees for exchanges and refunds are the customer’s responsibility. Product seals must be unopened for any product exchanges.
